Bowral Juniors 2025 registrations

Tiny Tulips ages 2 – 5 : $75 per player - registration for ages 2 & 3 at the canteen, ages 4+ via rugby Xplorer - select ‘Rugby-Walla’.

Under 6s – 12s : $160 per player if paid before 16.02.2025, $170 after this date

Super 7s & Junior Girls : $TBA

Training only: $20.40 per player

Your Active Kids NSW Voucher can also be used for registrations where eligible.

Family Discount – $20 less for each additional sibling registered. You will need to register one player at a time, after first registration is completed please click on Register Additional Player, if you miss this step, the discount cannot be applied. 

  • Registered players will receive a Training shirt, Socks and Shorts and a Game Jersey at the end of the season (if they have participated in at least 75% of games). 

  • ‘Training only’, Tiny Tulips and Super 7’s players will receive a Training shirt. Option to purchase shorts for $20 from the canteen (not compulsory).

All registered children get a free sausage sizzle and popper after training! 

Registration fees includes ARU affiliation fees & insurance levies.

For those kids that would like to try Rugby there is an option to pay $20.00 which will give your child 4 weeks of training. If you then wish to sign up the $20.00 is deducted from the registration fee.

Please Note: Due to liability and player insurance, all players must be registered through the Rugby Xplorer App before they can attend training or via a paper form at the canteen for Tiny Tulips and the trial training sessions.

How to register with Bowral Juniors

There are 2 options to register a player, either via the Rugby Xplorer App or at https://myaccount.rugby.com.au/

A few things to know to make it easier to register:

  • You will need to obtain your Active Kids $50 Rebate Voucher from Service NSW BEFORE you register. You will have the option to input the voucher number during the registration process and the discount will apply automatically to the registration fee.

  • You will need to login with your email address previously used to register for the 2024 season or create a new account if not previously registered. It should recognise all your accounts with email address. If not, you can select ‘Create linked rugby account’ and either select the child to be linked to your account or create a new account.

  • After you click on Register and select which child you are registering you will need to search for Club and select "Bowral Blacks JRUFC"

  • For XVs competition Rugby:  select the following: Role: Player, Registration Type: XVS Juniors, Duration: Season

  • For XVs competition Rugby:  select the following: Role: Player, Registration Type: XVS Juniors, Duration: Season

  • For 7s Rugby (girls and boys):  select the following:
    Role: Training Only Participant,
    Registration Type: 7s Junior,
    Duration: Season

  • For Tiny Tulips aged 4+:  select the following:
    ’Rugby-walla’

    Note: You cannot register Tiny Tulips aged 2-3 through the RugbyXplorer portal - please visit the canteen to fill in a paper form and make payment on your first training session.

  • You will be given the option to upload a photo. You can skip this step if you have any issues adding the photo or don’t have a suitable head-shot and add the photo before the first round.

  • Select "No" when you are given the option to ‘Make my name private’ otherwise the player won’t appear on team sheets.

  • If you are registering more than one player you will need to click "Yes" on the "Would you like to register another player" popup that appears on the confirmation screen for the Family Discount to apply automatically to any additional children. Note family discount does not apply to training only participants, 7s rugby or Tiny Tulips.
